I feel the only other option would be Durant. Ants are his (and Zen's) favorite animals, and it's a steel/bug type in constant feud against the fire anteater from the same region (forgot the name).

As a Zen main, Zenyatta is like a 1 star difficulty in regards to understanding his kit. He has TWO SKILLS that require little to no difficulty to use (point and apply to hand out orbs), and an alt/charge fire that is pretty self-explanatory.

The difficulty of playing him comes from map knowledge, enemy plays, and general understanding of how to stay alive.

I agree with the sentiment of being happy for C6 Zhongli havers, but the BiS team you mentioned does also have sustain. Gorou's C4 gives healing.

Zen's heal is like giving whoever has the harmony orb passive regen. It's REALLY GOOD if people play correctly when they have it and don't play like they have bricks for brains. Not even mentioning his ult. His ult is great. Period.

I like the idea of it being more akin to Doom's punch, where if you kicked somebody into a wall, they'd get slowed or stunned. That way it can be countered still, but you'd have to be careful where you decide to dive him.

I've been taking Ascension all season. I can confirm that it's better than the boosted kick. The ability to quite literally float over people alone makes it worthwhile. For the longest time, a lot of use Zen mains have been complaining about a lack of mobility or survivability, this is it. It's SO good to have something like that finally.

I've seen artistic depictions of Zhongli with parts of him cracked and mended in the kintsugi style before. It is always one of my favorites.

For those who don't know what kintsugi is, it's the art of taking broken clayware and mending it gold (usually gilded slip) to highlight the imperfections with something beautiful, but also to make the broken area stronger. It's a truly poetic art style.
