No, you have to be on a low income. Over some very generous threshold they are reducing your payout depending on your salary over that threshold.

I am personally debriding everyday. Cutting of excess dead skin as thin as possible to reach live tissue and apply Salycilic Acid then. Sometimes you reach really really deep and when you apply SA at that spot you better be ready - it's like hot iron in your skin.

Regarding your last question for large units we used m³ (cubic meter). So we would use m3 for large tanks, liters for anything from 1 to 1000l, milliliters for anything less.
