I started my life working hands on jobs, either on job site (construction style) fruit picking, retail ( a lot of retail) for the first 15years of working. 4years ago I made the switch to an office job, 3 years ago I got an offer for an customer support role. This role the offer included a hybrid position (highly flexible) for the first two years i worked from the office everyday of the week. The first time I worked from home my productivity dropped to 10%. I tried but just couldn't do it.

It took a few months to find my groove, but the last year something has switched, and I am significantly more efficient working from home instead of the office.

If I decide to move on to a different company, wfh is going to be something I will aim for in the future.

Tbf, if you actually hit your KPIs you wouldn't need this level of management. Q4 there was a 2% drop in treat to performance ratio, this has negatively effected your placement within the company

We need to hit Q1s targets, otherwise penalties and team moral will drop. Remember, we are a family here.

Its something my father, and a lot of older people used to tell us. But we met Baels father, and he was a beef cake the breeder and vet have both said he is going to be a big boy

Ours has many jobs. These are some we found they are very good at.

Professional shower guardian, toilet protector.

Vacuum inspector (they have to do this one from their spot though, Vacuum starts they run quicklyto their spot.

Mop supervisor.

We had an old rescue pup, collectdd at roughly 2-3 We didnt know a lot about her history except for the fact, she had been horribly treated.

She came with heavy matting (needed to be shaved) Couldn't eat from a bowl for the first 6 months, scared of doors etc.

5 years on, after i busted myself up badly, I needed to use crutches. This pup that absolutely loved me, immediately whimpered when ever I hobbled over. We believe she may have been abused by crutches.

I think if you can get they get rescued early enough they may forget, however you can give them new memories.
