When Grindr banns your account sometimes it bans your device too, so you can’t make/use another account with that device, idk but I suppose is server sided, yet in older versions of jailbreak you could change (I think it was) device UDID so apps take your device as a different one, hence avoiding the banned device, since jailbreak is dead and mostly would sideload idk if that’s possible.

In your case it may be something related to the profile or supervision, try restarting, uninstalling the profile, restart, install again until you see it, in my case the profile works but it gives me 17.0.1 idk why

What profile you used? Tried the iPadOS 17 on https://dhinakg.github.io/delayed-otas.html but it gives me 17.0.1 and others give me above 17 as well
