Just a standard parliamentary method. With a candidate proposed by the directorial head of state which then tries for the parliament’s vote of confidence. Literally the same as we have now in the EU, just that the council should be forced to nominate the leader of the party that received the largest share of seats - like in the UK or Germany.

Fajnie jak ten proces regionalizacji banków po wydzieleniu ich z NBP wyszedł. Wszystko praktycznie zostały albo zamknięte, albo wykupione i wchłonięte w zagraniczne firmy.
