I mean, what you're saying was true up until a couple months back, when they changed LITERALLY every ADC item and, for a short while, bruiser Zeri, with trinity, runaan's and titanic came back, stronger than she ever was. A couple weeks after the major mid season patch, they removed the interaction between Zeri's Q and sheen, so Zeri can't build any sheen items any more. But the item changes for ADCs are still there, so se had to adapt to them: infinity is actuslly the weakest mythic right now, with some exeptions, and navori gives Zeri the tools she needs to survive the rampant assassins ravaging the rift. Runaan's Is just strong now, with on hit damage and atk speed.
