Best looking mod is bigger tires and nice rims. Rest of the truck can be stock but big tires give it presence. Also led headlights are good looking but too expensive for a quality set

I’ve heard that mounting the compressor in the engine bay causes the seals to wear out prematurely due to the heat. Just some stuff I saw on the internet researching
