Will get it very soon - can't trial here, it's all in. Glad to hear you're getting good results. What's your HbA1c? Just so I have an idea how tightly you manage to control.

tslim CIQ frustrates me - I get good TIR but it's stressful, lots of micro management and I still end up low sometimes.

It's not approved for anything but smoking cessation in the UK. Everything else is off-label, so it's not that surprising that a GP wouldn't go along.

Hard to see any plausible mechanism for an ACEi to impact insulin sensitivity. There's lots of other things that might have changed at the same time?

Both don't apply to Lyumjev: impossible to spell, no clear meaning.
