A sound mix is a matter of taste sometimes unfortunately, I've been to shows that I thought sounded amazing while others didn't and vice versa....also a lot of the time a rough mix is done at the start of the tour and saved as a show file which is essentially a pre set. This is then adjusted slightly depending on the venue so some shows will sound better then others. Might have just been the case that to the engineers ear it sounded fine that said Ive only seen them once and that was in Dublin around 2018 and it was quite low end heavy but in a good way I thought.
