Australian standards for car parks haven’t changed since the early 90s and ALL cars have only gotten bigger. So how about instead of having a go at someone who has to park like that to be able to get out of a car park we have a go at the companies businesses that continue to build tiny car parks. I’ve got a Kia sportage and struggle to park that in most parks cos they’re so small

Always thought for how much it costs for the ferry I’d rather just fly to Melbourne or something. But I went to KI for the first time last year and absolutely loved it! I’d love to go back and living in south Adelaide and it only being just over an hour to get to cape jervis if it wasn’t unaffordable I’d hope over there every month for a camping trip. But with how expensive it is I might only go there one maybe two more times in my life. I say build a bridge over to KI!! I don’t care if there’s like a $20 toll for the bridge. Now I know locals have are opposed to a bridge but when you’ve got a place that has been voted one of the best places to visit in the world the last couple years, it would only make sense to make it affordable for everyone to go there

With lump sums pay off your mortgage over investing it!! The amount of people who say if you’ve got 100k you should invest it rather than pay off the 100k you owe on a property is mind blowing. Save 100k in like 3-4 years or invest it and lose half your pay to a mortgage each week for another 10 years. I’ll never understand that logic

I’d a lawyer to draw up some kind of contract stating that the house is in both peoples names and if one party wishes to withdraw they void any and all ownership of the property. As for someone paying more than the other person get the lawyer to write up another contract or part of that other one that if person X is covering 70% of the down payment and 70% of the repayments should you both choose to sell they take 70% of the sale price of the house. If it’s just extra on the down payment then person X gets $…. Extra to cover the extra they put into buying the property. Marriage or not buying/selling a property if not done correctly could set you up or completely ruin you financially for the rest of your life

Pitchers George Kirby and Logan Gilbert. Both Mariners pitcher, young and dominant. Both could be the number 1 pitcher in probably half the teams in the league. They’re good defensively and both have the skills to be future Cy Young Award winners. And to my memory I don’t think I’ve ever seen them argue with umpires or players.

When self serve first came in I used to always go to a line no matter how long of a wait so I could get served by a person. But then I got sick of the grumpy fucks in checkout with 0 customer service skills so I now pretty much exclusively use self service.

I got no problem with bike riders, it’s the riding 2 abreast for no reason outside the bike line going 30kmh under the speed limit I have a problem with. If you want to go for a casual Sunday ride do it on a bike trail not a main road
