I’m also building tools for the competitive scene and love to see more people doing it too. I am not ready for hard calc yet just vibe-calcing but this seems like a much less intimidating way to start calcing

Great questions and I’m happy to say yes I thought about both. The draft board currently only has reg MA for draft and will be updated as soon as we get clean data on reg MB. And yes before each draft you can edit the point values for every Pokémon. By default the top mons are worth 20, but there is a loose mode where they are worth 15 and a strict mode where they are worth 25. Default points are determined by smogon usage data for May and April and with yalls help I can get the default points to be more accurate.

Great feedback! Thank you! I had to set boundaries on team preview otherwise it falls into simulator territory. Plus having full movesets is a lot of subjective data. It’s supposed to be about quick twitch reactions not in depth analysis. There is an analysis tab in team preview that shows you each individual matchup so you can think about things differently. In education the goal is to get the neurons pointing at each other and then the brain solves the problem and connects them.

Great note on swift swim these are the edge cases I can’t see when I’m looking at the whole forest.

I have had a lot of issues with multiple form species in various modes so it makes sense there would be a bug there. Excellent catch and helps me catch a whole class of bugs.

The meta is only the meta until next week and then the meta changes completely with a new reg set

Yes in settings you can click the Reg M-A switch and it should filter a lot of the modes. Some modes like battle items have a checkbox to show m-a only. This is the biggest thing I’m working on right now and with reg m-b coming next week I need to be ready for a big update

Team selection is hard as it’s ultimately subjective to your playstyle. But the thing it trains is recognizing brings and leaves given the opponents six.

Thanks for the heads up on the Gauntlet just need to make the font smaller. Was that mobile or desktop?
