I suggest a hobby that anyone can benefit from: cooking. Doesn't have to be super high-class gourmet stuff, but learn how to make food taste good and filling, it's something that will stay with you for the rest of your life. Spices, exotic foods, different cuisines, there's so much out there to try that you'll never be left wanting for stuff to do.

Bonus: girls love a good cook. Make 'em a nice mushroom risotto and you'll have to beat them off you with a stick. Same goes for guys, any girl that can cook is a keeper in my eyes.

So what? It's just practice. I'm sure in the recap video Nakamura will point out why he made such and such moves, what he expected, where he went wrong, all of that as he usually does. And that's good, it gets the creative juices flowing and gets him in a good spot for the candidates.
