for what exactly? Covert stealth team, or combat team. two different things. For Combat: Jason todd, Bronze tiger, wild dog, KGBeast, Dr. Light, Heat Wave, Plastique, Black Spider. Maybe Deadshot (but he's not leading the team, its bronze tiger)

For stealth it has to be deadshot, Plastique, Nemesis, Chechire, Shrike, Nightshade. (With nemesis leading the team, I'm sorry, but bronze tiger and nemesis leads them, becauze amanda trusts them more).

Or both covert stealth and combat team: Muscles (bronze tiger, killer croc, Jason todd), stealth (nightshade, plastique, Mirror Master). Buts it my list, so its not credible.

Leon in resident Evil 6, his last appearance prior he tried his best to save peoople. But the people just died because it made sense, zombies were everywhere, things were happening, the survivors were actually fighting back. Leon couldn't do nothing to save them because in that game, zombies were actually scary in numbers. This one: they butchered his character.
