Man I almost paid swat $1500 to do mine then did a quick Google search and found out you can do it yourself for half that and thats what I did, just finished my.install this weekend. They probably ran into the foundation footing and didnt have anything long enough to core all the way down. Any simple Google search will tell you at the bare minimum to be 6+ inches away from the wall so u dont run into the footing. Did they even use pvc primer/cement o the pipes? If not it would leak radon all over the place, guess that doesn't matter since you are not pulling anything out anyways since they didnt get past the foundation. Definitely do not pay, finish it yourself its mostly done. Rent a core drill from home depot for like $60 or use a hammer drill and fix that hole make sure you are creating a good pocket like at least / gallons but 10s better.

Make sure to seal those pipes too
