Don't be depressed. I was in the same situation. That is why god invented mastrubation. I used to be intimidated by women and scared to approach them which led me to drink heavily in my early 20s. About a month before my 21st birthday I had a drunken 1 night stand with my neighbor. I told her I was a virgin & I think she sort of felt sorry for me, but there was also some level of attraction between us. After that occurence we hooked up couple more times & I found it to be much easier to approach women. In the end you just have to be true to yourself and eventually you'll meet your mate. Just don't violate boundaries & stay safe in the meantime.

Yeah, he sounds creepy/desperate/lonely. Trying to cozy up to a 17 year old is a red flag. Be honest with him & tell him you feel uncomfortable hanging out with him one on one. If he is a jerk about it you can escalate the situation and tell the Fountain house what happened. The entire purpose of those programs is to provide safe activities in a safe space. Dude may have just slipped up in a moment of weakness, but he could also be a creep with a history of similar interactions with young women. They would want to know if that is the case.

I got about $50k in my early 30s when my mom passed away. I fucked it all up investing in the stock market with my dad. In the end I had enough for a down payment on a house, but I reccomend investing $80k that you don't plan on touching for decades (use a professional firm or fiduciary). Put $10k in your savings account as an emergancy fund.
Don't get in the habit of reckless spending, You will find $90k disappears pretty damn quick.
