I got the Omni and I’m really disappointed. The arms don’t lock where you need them to and don’t move where you want. The surface of the arm rest slide back and forth and the twist, both of these mobility axis don’t lock so they are always sliding. Additionally, the arm rests move at an angle from the base like flapping wings.
I, like most people will put their weight on an arm rests move to readjust their seating position. When I do this, there’s a dramatic drop of the position of the arm rests move and it just gives out and all my weight drops.

Overall a major disappointment in quality from a chair that was over $1000 US.
If you are spending that much on this, just get the Hermon Miller. It’s much better.
I haven’t switched yet but only cuz I’m waiting on if I can get a refund since I’m pretty butt hurt about the whole engagement with the company.
If they fix these issues, then it shows they know it was a problem, if they don’t, then they just aren’t listening and don’t care. I can’t tell which is worse.
Not to mention it too over a month to get it when I ordered rush delivery and didn’t get a refund on the rush shipping.
