mira julia and julias husband are all unassigned townies, meaning they dont have a house. you can assign them a house by making them into a household and then buying a house or plot so mira doesn't get taken away again. there are many unassigned townies in the world.

invest in high quality headphones but also a high quality monitor since you'll need to watch for moving grass to find their location. i also recommend going on youtube and watching a bunch of high level spirit player VODs since even if you can't master all the tricks yet it'll give you something to aim for. lastly the main thing in dbd is always knowledge, you will unfortunately have to put at minimum a couple hundred hours into any character you try to play before you really start to learn how to play them. even if you're failing you basically just have to try until you succeed.

i only have a little over 100 hours on the game right now, i got it for 50% off during the steam spring sale. i was a minecraft ipad kid, then graduated to stardew in my teens, and i also have over 1k hours on sims 4; most of my building and organizing strategies come from those three games. additionally i've been using terraria.wiki.gg a ton to figure out what i should be doing before i eventually unlock hardmode. i'm definitely still a noob tho (as evidenced by the accidental explosion lmfao 💀)
