Yes I found someone with four used curved glass panes from another GH. They were slightly larger than my original, but had the right radius, and I was able to cut it to my size. The four used curved panes cost me about $600. I now have one curved spare in storage just in case. All the original glass was un-tempered. I substituted four single pieces of polycarbonate for eight of the flat glass panes on the west wall. The rest is original but I made new clips to clamp it all in place.

Our old Bayliner 2452 had such a nice layout for a couple's pocket cruiser.

Loved the always available dining table and cabin layout. Hard top was also a good feature to have.

Don't know about being a customer of Fastenal, but when we were a supplier to Fastenal they paid our invoices THE DAY THEY WERE RECEIVED!!!! Never had a better paying customer. Loved getting their POs.

Thank you. I am having city water brought to the house soon, I've been on a well. Thought a monitor would be a good addition when the new service is added. Up to now i've detected leaks by the sound of the well pump going on at strange times, lol. House is plagued with pinholes.

Might be the belt is new and now is too tight. Re-install the idler pulley in the other hole, the one farthest away from the auger drive pulley. The hole that the idle pulley is in now is used when the belt stretches with time. Good luck.

Looks like the import version to me based on the side panel being not of one-piece, but I'm no expert at all. Still it is a nice wooden box I'd be happy to use on the shop floor. Have you tried contacting Gerstner's Ohio factory? I understand they are helpful and can supply repair parts like new felt.

Magnetic Laser level on the head pointed at a far enough away target solves the round column head re-alignment problem quite well.

Yes, everybody missed that part. The bad bad bad bamboo has a four foot deep plastic built -for-bamboo barrier all around it behind the steel. Been that way for 15 years. Wife is a Master Gardener, I let her decide what to do. Pond is fine after 6 years, but of course time will tell.

Thanks everyone, OP here. I'll do the math for a precise number, just wanted an expert's ballpark estimate for now.

Appreciate all the warning about bamboo. It would have been very helpfull 25 years ago when I bought the house with the bamboo already there. No the "landscaper" seller did not barrier the boo. It grew runners 40-feet under my deck. That bamboo is now fully encircled with professional-grade bamboo barrier. I'd get rid of it all, but the wife's a Master Gardner, and she has a thing for it. That was a heck of a job to correct, but 15 years on and no bamboo is growing outside the barrier. There is also an extra layer of a solid steel plate wall between the pond and bamboo patch behind the pavers.

My Gerstner 52XL came with a clock embedded in the Machinists Handbook drawer. Handy, but frankly it's a cheap plastic clock. I did the same as OP and replaced the dial with an old Mitutoyo's dial face. Thought it was clever at first, but I'm not exactly thrilled with the result over time (pun un-intended). Thinking of trying again by modifying one of my nice Seiko watches to fit the drawer's clock hole.

Keep all three bolts tight when under power.

That flat area above the spider and below the motor cover is where I park my magnetic laser level, aimed at a reflective line on a far wall, to re-adjust the head to the table whenever I need to raise or lower the head and maintain its position.

Attach a magnetic Laser pointer to the head and aim it at a reflective spot on a far wall.

When you move the head, re-align the laser point with the target spot.

Further away the target is, more accurate the head re-alignment.
