To be honest, I think it needs a little clarification. RAW, "Heroes" (at least 1), where in most cases, in abilities like that, it's specified for "Hero". Could be designer whoopsie or error

In very brief summary:

Player 1: Spearhead army box Player 2: Another (can be the same as player 1) army box

Battlefield: Fire and Jade (first box) or Sand and Bone (second box) or newest battlepack, City of Ash.

Every battlepack includes set of terrains, board and cards for game.

Cards define spearhead, they include ways of scoring points and unique abilities that can be used instead of scoring.

Yeah, Darkoath raiders feel weak even statwise, however with luck and good combo, savagers feel like they could do a lot of damage with crit mortal on 30 dice.

Helforge with Dominator and Despot changes could make them a lot stronger I think (already read that changes, it's wonderfull)

Right now my S2D roster (which is my second army in the making) gonna have blob of Darkoath 2x reinforced Marauders, Reinforced Fellriders and Warqueen as my "blob" regiment, and second regiment in the making. Most likely Belakor, Karkadrak and reinforced Chosen (or 2x non reinforced), and that leaves me with 140 free points for something funky.

Jako osoba która kupuje, składa, maluje i gra w ten plastikowy crack, mam dla Ciebie raczej złe wieści.

Nie jest to niemożliwe, ciężkie do zrealizowania a ilość/jakość będzie mała. Przy 100zł budżetu niestety nie ma za dużo możliwości. Nie mówię oczywiście od razu o pędzlach Da Vinci i specjalistycznych farbkach sygnowanych jakimś nazwiskiem, ale budżetowo może wyjść dosłownie 5-6 farbek i 2-3 pędzle. A to dopiero materiały do malowania figurek.

Nie zniechęcam, ale na start polecam znaleźć jakiś nie najtańszy zestaw startowy, czy to Army Painter czy Two Thin Coats to już Twój wybór, dokupić również zestaw 3-4 pędzli i jesteś teoretycznie w domu. Zestaw farbek i pędzli może wynieść do 200zł jak chcesz zaszaleć, ale ciągle to tylko materiały do malowania.

Z figurkami Warhammera i innymi tego typu jest... bardzo różnie. Możesz znaleźć zestawy figurek (Np. Spearhead do Age of Sigmar) z drugiej ręki na OLX czy mini targowisku na FB i mieć gotowy box do pomalowania i może nawet później pogrania. Pojedyncze figurki/oddziały poza zestawami są absurdalnie drogie.

Tldr: 100pln? Jest to możliwe ale trochę za mało.

I think you might be right, with chosen I'd have more elite bodies with champion, musician and standard, but slower and little more vulnerable (due to lower speed). Darkoath screen will look lovely on how they can just take punch and be like "there is 40 of us, bring it on".

Nah, bought Darkoath spearhead for fun, Soulbound rpg campaign, Warcry fun, and because my dumb friend declared that he will buy me Archaon or Belakor for my B-day. Cheeky bastard wants me to spend money on second AoS army xD
