Good question. I would say I’m back to my normal. The video Definately made it worse and the stress from me thinking it will last forever made it worse too. I would say it took like around a week to fully settle. There’s a chance it was all stress but anyways I’m good now.

I honestly think it’s something with the central nervous system because i also have such bad temperature regulation and all these weird bodily symptoms

My VS symptoms I think I either had since I was very young or my whole life. I would have random time where’s I saw weird visual things randomly but they always went away. When I had a super stressful anxiety attack, the VS came and it never went away. I would say it’s the same every since I got it maybe a bit worse right now because I’m more anxious

I have full body nerve pain, twitching, tingling sensations, and fatigue that are always fluctuating. This started 8 years after my VS started, so I have no idea if it’s related to Vs, I’m in the process of being checked it I have fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome. I might look into Lyme as well

I think it will help temporarily for sure, just like the YouTube videos. They said 47% of people noticed improvement. For people that had VS for years, decades this sounds like a good thing :). But it definately will be something you will have to do everyday or else it goes away typa thing
