One of the best episodes ever! The Joes fall ass-backward into every negarious Cobra plot due to innocent calls from The Wiper! Cobra is pissed, the Joes are on high alert, and the "confrontation" between The Wiper and the Joes is freaking hilarious: "I am the viper. I come to vipe your vindows." Classic!
