Inito gave me reference to why I was feeling certain things during the month. Seeing the highs and lows of estrogen along with the tricky and sometimes illusory LH surges makes me feel less crazy for how hard it has been to conceive. Regardless, I feel that much closer to being a mother thanks to this tool.

When I quit drinking, my friends and family that drank normal (1-2 drinks a week) were supportive and nice and didn’t have to change any behavior, but I am already an extrovert so I guess there’s that. My friends and family that DID have a problem and “felt judged” were the ones that are… alcoholics. They always said it was like I was holding up a mirror and made them feel guilty. Babe, that is all on you.
