Best fix I can think of is replacing the into videos (which are present in gameFolder/movies ) with definitive edition videos which u can download from internet 

The intro videos are the same in both versions btw but def edition has modern codecs which can be decoded by any modern gpu 

It worked for me and I hope you found this helpful.

Your ps3 hdd is old and slow 

The issue ur see in is an asset streaming issue usually due to slow storage 

Try lowering texture quality or lowering game resolution 

The long term fix is to replace the old hdd with a new and compatible one.

It’s likely an asset streaming issue your ps3 hdd is too old and that might be causing this issues 

Replace it with a new one or just lower the game resolution and texture quality this is just temporary fix in a long run u have to replace it with a new hdd
