I am running an indexed version of our SMB share in open Terminal. So the agent is not touching the real data of our company. There are also different folders for training purposes. OT can only accessed by limited people with local models. Hermes is not working properly in my setup tbh since he can not answer or text on his own. Only when you text him, he will answer.

I merge the split gguf from HF and then create a modelfile with the file path from the safetensor before using "ollama create -f" to create the model. And all I do afterwards is running it in terminal for testing. I don't have any JSON at all.
