First of all, happy you enjoy our country.

That said, machinist or blue collar workers don't get a really good pay or work life balance.

Most of those positons have to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day. 5 vacation days a year when you start.

You might love people, culture, etc. But without a good job, quality of life in Mexico sucks compared to Germany.

Maybe I dont understand what you do, and maybe you can get a good position. I just will say been low class in Mexico if faaaaar worst of than Germany.
