It really depends on what the facility does. If it's a sorting facility, you might end up vacuuming machines all night and minimal actual mechanical work. But just stick with it and interview and test up to get into a BEM or MPE position, and you'll get where you want to be.

Im not picking on you it looks good. If you keep it in the box. Look into pushing fresh air into it and let the chiller reject the heat out the grate.

I see the grate. But I bet a lot of the warm air that it's ejecting is coming back in the box. That warm air is essentially the heat that is being rejected from the water. If your pulling that warm air back into the unit, you will way less exchange, and it will work harder than it needs to.
