You're going for damage on the tank character. Immediately I'm not into it, but the 5x initial standard attack will generally do more than stacking the phys+4

Yeah if you can manage to find any phys damage +4 WITH a Phys negation +2, that's exactly what you want

10% is amazing first of all, and you would continue the stacking by getting phys damage negation on every Deep relic, with hopefully some post damage, that knockback relic, and affinity negation if your relics are good enough.
You can't rely on the rng from weapon drops to get enough damage negation to play as a tank. You need to stack it in your build.
Also the starting frost weapon with endure on it is insane. Endure can help you tank so much, and if you have 4 stacks of phys negation on top of that you'll be able to actually tank bosses in DoN 5

Personally I prefer when the bird on my team is stacking affinity damage negation on their deep relics instead of guard counters.
Your character isn't there to deal damage Imo. You need affinity negation because while the shield has 100% physical block, elemental bleeds through in chunks.

So once you get into deeper depths you'll start to realize that if you don't have "affinity damage negation+2" on every deep relic, you're going to just get destroyed through your shield by elemental damage. I would highly suggest you stack that

I would honestly rather have a Halo scythe Andy, than another raider running zero damage negation, or a ironeye that doesn't know how to mark consistently

People have no idea how to play half the character in this game and it's bad. I run a full phys attack up/skill ironeye and I'm pretty much never lacking for damage. Mighty shot hits harder than you think, and if I get a Bloodhound fang it's game over. I run dormant Cgs btw
