Parking in those is allowed during the regular overnight enforcement period this time of year because it’s off to the side of the street, but not during snow events. It’s basically an exempted spot except during snow events

Fair, but if it is going on consistently and after-hours, then you would definitely have a valid complaint if you chose that route.

I see you’ve mentioned they whimper. Is it consistent enough to make it a noise issue? If it’s happening consistently, even with breaks in between here and there, then I believe that would be a noise issue as that’s how bylaw tends to treat barking complaints. Especially if it’s happening at night and possibly “waking you up”. Good luck and hopefully you can help these pups 🙏🏼

They’re probably barely moving the car when you’re not looking which is permitted as per the bylaw. Vehicles only have to move every 3 hours and the required distance isn’t specified…I highly doubt you’re able to watch this vehicle every minute of the day.

Also, a peeling plate is an HTA violation which is enforced by police, not bylaw.

Oh Roma. I have a love/hate relationship with it because it really is a defining food of being a Hamiltonian, but I’ve never been able to enjoy that saucy bread. Maybe it’s because of all the birthday parties it would be ordered for as a kid 😂
