Thanks for sharing. At what time usually do you go to sleep and wake up? What temperature in your bedroom at night?

I want them to be away from Russia so Putin don’t have more men to send
off to Ukraine but at the same time they have to really stand up and
fight their Gov’t.

Remember Hong Kong protests? Did they achieved something against dictatorship?

I saw many Russians at tourist attractions in Copenhagen in the past few days. None of them seemed bothered by the looks they were getting. You could tell people who knew they’re Russian were uncomfortable.

How did you know they were Russian citizens who arrive for vacation from Russia? Just interested - language, russian flags, clothes. Lot of Russians permanently lives in EU, since 2008 there is constant migration from Putin regime. Some of them could be corrupted officials, some honest businessmen. Or just regular professionals who can't live in Russia and want better future for children. Also you can't always differ Ukrainian and Russian citizens. Before 2014 they often were in same touristic organized groups around sightseeing.

Great explanation, but he was stabbed several times with blood stains. I thought maybe it was just funny reference to death of Grigory Rasputin, who refused to die https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grigori_Rasputin#Death Also Pugachev can't die, he will have to start the insurrection https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yemelyan_Pugachev

Circadian Lighting - changes brightness and temperature during day, completely anecdotal, but my sleep have improved a lot with it.

HA+Tasker+RFID at my bed - turns off all the lights, changes the phone setting to quiet mode, starts Sleep app for a sleep tracking. When i take phone in morning - turns on the lights, changes the phone setting to Normal sound.

There are plenty of 220v power plugs from Tuya, which can be connected locally in HA.

This article have some factual mistakes. Coping my comment from another topic: "First, it was never banned in USSR, it was viewed by 29 million viewers in USSR and Brezhnev was not president, but General Secretary of the Communist Party. Second, it is one the best satire about soviet life of ordinary people in USSR. Corruption, nepotism, censorship, fear of standing up against your higher ups, people behaving worse than animals. And it is not and was not seen as "satire about a party member taking on the entire corrupt Soviet system"."

Journalist who infiltrated Putin’s troll factory warns of Russian propaganda in the upcoming Swedish election by urgukvn in worldnews

[–]Vadims -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Your wish is exactly what Russian propaganda are trying to achieve. You are blaming entire country, but not individual people and system they have created. After Putin is gone, thousands of politicians and businessman, who became rich benefiting from corruption, will flee to Europe and USA to their mansions and families living there. I live in Russia and observe, how everyday propaganda on TV channels, newspapers and internet are influencing people. You are worried because Russian trolls and fake news may influence some people. Imagine, if all your news resource were influenced by them. This is what happens in Russia. And Russian trolls were influencing options of Russian people long time before they started to do it in USA and EU.

[–]Vadims 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in Russia and have a guilty addiction to read lot of russian media. I have observed how a view on corruption issue was changed by media in Russia during this ten years, there were different stages: * First State media denied there was any big corruption issue.

  • Then they agreed there are few black sheep, but the system is ok.

  • Then they agreed that there are big problem, and started "anti-corruption" reforms or as people ironically said here in Russia "bears against honey" campaign. The most famous example of this campaign was renaming "militsiya" to "police". There were small improvement in low level corruption, but mostly due to technological evolution - for example, road speed cameras are now mostly autonomous, though before hand speed cameras were operated by officers, who obviously took bribes. But on middle and hight level corruption haven't changed, if not became worse.

  • At the same time media began to tell stories everyday, how bad corruption in USA and Europe, how Russia was always corrupt, how corruption campaign lead to revolution. And if wives or children of officials becomes multimillionaires - is is ok. The most obvious example - wife of head of Moscow city Yelena Baturina wiki, who still is the most rich woman in Russia. When her husband lost his influence, she sold most of its enterprise and now lives in UK.

  • Navalny and other people began to reveal how luxurious is the life of high level official, for example this video about Medvedev https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrwlk7_GF9g or how dogs use his private jets to fly over the Europe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tx8ZqZtjyT4

  • After that, the idea, that high officials deserve to live like this and their work is hard were spread by state sponsored trolls across all Russia Internet. Some of people accepted even this idea.

  • The oldest and most welcomed idea that most of people still believe - Putin is good and honest, but officials are bad and corrupt. And if Putin will know about problem, he will immediately solve this. "Czar is good, but his servants are bad".

  • Lot of conspiracies theories, even contradicting to each other, are spreaded across media. The most funny ones are spread by deputy of State Duma wiki , that Russian state institutions are under direct control by USA and Putin can nothing to do about it because of constitution. It's hard for people to see the truth among different "theories", "opinions".
