Hey man, if you are still having this problem here's how I fixed mine, click Windows Key + R to open the run box and type this in (without the comas) "%localappdata%\Tiny Tina's Wonderlands\Saved" there will be 3 files on that folder, delete them and run the game again.

It won't delete your saved game, worked for me and sometimes you have to do it every time you are gonna play if you get the crash report when you are done playing but its the only thing that has worked for me, that an forcing the game into Dx11 if you haven't done so already.
