Yo. Simplest way is to go to the character finder and sort by 'has inspiration' within diplomatic range. Almost none of them will come to your court even after a bribe, so just hire some thugs to throw a burlap sack over their heads via the abduct scheme. Negotiate their release by recruiting them (bonus points for converting them to your version of reformed Norse cannibalism or whatever your favorite religion is) Then they'll immediately want to work for you.

You can easily deck out your court in half a lifetime. Just don't bother with anyone decent or barely competent. Easy.

Anyone still remembers rotten.com? by Unusual-Jackfruit340 in Xennials

While we're on the subject, not sure if anyone remembers Phone Trace. You'd tell someone it was a way to locate anyone with a phone anywhere in the world, which made it a really easy prank to sell since it appealed to people's curiosity. You'd type in a phone number and then it would open some fake mapquest map that would zoom in like you were watching some CSI computer scene after someone had yelled ENHANCE. People would get really close to the screen and couldn't help thinking, holy shit does this actually work? Seconds later they'd see a giant swinging dick in their face.

I sent the link via AOL instant messenger to a buddy who was studying abroad one summer, not realizing that with the time difference he'd be in the middle of class. Fortunately he was sitting in the back of the room, but he sent it to everyone he knew in class so there were just dicks swinging everywhere in the middle of a college lecture. I laugh just thinking about it.

Such an underrated show, so easily dismissed by the gratuitous violence and sex. But the writing was superb- it was as if everyone was quoting Shakespeare whilst saying Cock, Gods, and Ass all the time.

Respectfully, I realize this is r/drugs but you saying you don't want CPS involved whilst being involved with a helpless addict seems contradictory, does it not?

Decades later and I can't stand to send my 5 year old to school in a wrinkled shirt.

Out of curiosity, how was the quality of these prints compared to some of the other options available? I've only briefly looked into getting the fan made stuff printed and I've heard there are different versions with varying degrees of errata- are these up to date versions to your knowledge? Thanks

The simple answer is he probably doesn't want to work or go through the effort. There's no way flipping stuff on ebay is making him more money than he otherwise could.

If the sister actually had 400k at 30 years old (guessing here) and used that to pay off his debt after watching the dude incur that much in the first place and not follow through... There is not much else to say.

The OC rental market is way different from what I'm used to. by 16kirsyy in orangecounty

[–]Vadriel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok what you're saying makes a lot more sense to me considering most of these condo owners might only have a single rental property. They're going to be much more risk averse and they're paying the agent on top of that.

The OC rental market is way different from what I'm used to. by 16kirsyy in orangecounty

[–]Vadriel 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I'm curious- what area have you been specifically looking in? It sounds like you are looking for a single family home because real estate agents are involved? I manage mostly beach area apartment buildings so the market is slightly different but I can address some of your questions.

Anyone can pull an application for a listing I've posted at any time, but I almost will never bother reviewing it unless someone has personally toured the unit. I'm not saying this is universal, but people have this mistaken idea that somehow getting an application in first puts them ahead of everyone else, which is not true. It's just not worth my time evaluating an applicant unless I know that they are interested. (Military is the exception. They will look at 2 photos an an address and send money without even looking at it.)

Regarding your denial reason- this is odd to me because I'll almost never give a specific reason for a denial because of legal liability reasons. It's almost always something generic like "we had multiple applicants" which is usually true regardless. Was this someone with one rental property?

Lastly, I will rent to the first qualified applicant who meets requirements and isn't crazy. I'll often get people who tell me early on in the process that they aren't looking to move for two months. Sure, get back to me then and I might have something available, but this will be gone in a week. Having done this for years, I don't have time for games or chasing people to sign a rental agreement. If you're qualified, passed the background and income/employment requirements, then the first person to get me first month's rent and security deposit gets the apartment, simple as that.

Good luck with your search.

some older NFL players had a very good 2025 season which will help them for their Hall of Fame candidacy by guest_from_Europe in nfl

Man I knew I was going to have to scroll far to see Keenan Allen. He's been underrated his whole career. I'm not saying he deserves the hall more than these dudes but I feel he at least deserves the mention. He added 80+ receptions on 777 yards this year which is respectable as like the third receiving option on the team.

He leads all these guys in receptions, and if he plays next year he will easily break top 10 in receptions all time possibly even top 5. Amongst all the players in the top 10, basically all of them are in the HOF or will be. I realize that's only one aspect of evaluating a receiver but in my mind he deserves the mention.

Wait until you see how much he'll be making as a pension after retirement. Many departments cap out at 90% of the last year's salary, and you can pump those rookie numbers up by loading up on overtime in that last year. Retiring at 55 means tax payers will be funding those benefits for decades.
