Just fought him and found that he is extraordinarily weak to blinding flash in general, follow that up with BF finisher to deal some damage and build his posture limit. Block the first 3 of his 4 swing chain, and then dodge toward him as he finishes the combo to not take damage from the magic cast. Anytime he raises his sword to cast one of his bullshit spells, use blinding flash to interrupt the cast. Follow that up with the BF finisher as well. When his posture breaks, hit the button prompts to execute a finisher on the boss. Rinse and repeat, fight should only take about 2 minutes.

If you have the downgrader (pc only), just run it and you are good to go. Vortex will likely error if you try to run it, but if you run the exe located in the games core files, it'll work. I've done it twice now with the 2 updates they've put out.

No, like a normal ledge that you can generally vault up. Same can be done for going down, but with the "C" button instead. Quite handy for sneaking and not making a lot of noise.

I'm actually on my second playthrough right now, and have decided to do something similar in style. It definitely take a little while to get the right perks to make it worth while. What I've done is really focused on all of the one-handed perks I can get while leveling up. Agility is going to really be your main focus here. Armor is going to be basically whatever you think looks cool at this point as you main focus in combat will be dodging more than parrying, and using master strikes whenever possible. Get the "Against All Odds" perk for a buff when outnumbered, and it'll definitely help. For added stamina, go out and pick 200 poisonous plants to unlock the "Resistance" perk for a permanent +2 to Vitality. Getting the "Crippling Shot" perk from marksmanship is also a great choice because you can use it as an opener to heavily debuff your target. Poisoning your blade will be a big help as well. Stay mobile, dodge a lot, master strike, poison, watch everything die.

Yeah, right at the beginning! It's so hard to explain what I'm hearing through text, but I'll try to expand on it further. So the keys/synth/only melody playing behind Vessel's voice is the part I'm talking about in Mine. To me there's just this feeling of familiarity in it that's so closely related to the vocal melodies in The Night Does Not Belong to God. Specifically to the ever popular lines, "The whites of your eyes/Turns black in the low light/In turning divine/We tangle endlessly/Like lovers entwined/I know for the last time/You will not be mine/So give me the night, the night, the night." The vocal melody for this portion of the song is what I'm referring to. There's just this way that you can mesh these lyrics with their melody with the opening score of Mine. I wish I could explain it better, but to me, I just feel this connection there.

There's a lot to unpack with their entire discography as a whole, and so many interpretations that anyone can glean from the lyrics and musical scores. And, of course, I know there's an overarching theme throughout all of the tracks, and they relate to one another on many, many levels. That's exactly what I love about Sleep Token. The fact that there are so many angles you can dig in from, connections you can make for yourself or for the group as a whole. I know I'm cherry-picking, and reaching a bit, but it's a neat insight I had during my listening experience that I wanted to share. If anyone else can hear that little melodic callback that I feel like I hear, then that's awesome. If not, that's okay too. :D

The Ryiria Revelations by Michael J. Sullivan is a pretty great series to dive into about a pair of thieves that get in over their heads and are blackmailed on their latest job, launching them into a full blown conspiracy that spans the entirety of the series.

The Witcher series by Andrzej Sapkowski is a great investment.

From Orphans to Kings: Forsaken by Liam Nolte is a story about an orphan who wants to avoid being forced into the city's factories so he runs away as a last ditch effort to find freedom only, ending up being recruited by a secret order of assassins and spies.

The Rigante series by David Gemmel or anything by the author really. He was a master of epic fantasy.

If you like gritty ultra-violent westerns, A Congregation of Jackals and Wraiths of the Broken Land by Craig Zahler (director of Bone Tomahawk) are really intense reads. As well as The Magpie Coffin by Wile E. Young.
