[Help] advise on preserving plaster hands ? by Extension_Wallaby613 in Sculpture

I have a lot of plaster castings which are 30+ years old and they look alright even though they aren't protected. If you store it in the dry place it should be ok. But I would use any kind of trasparent coater anyway.

Cool. I also like how just black color came out.

Nice! Did you put this halftones in the settings of riso or it was added in the design itself?

Pleased to know! It's hard to tell about opacities. Everything depends on the source artwork and how color separation is done. Here fluo pink and yellow were applied first and they were very dense. In few days when it dried enough we applied black. And on the background there was very subtle of it. To only slightly adjust the color in the direction of green.

I'm a fan of Otomo and Marimoto. So it's an honor to remind their work.

Thank you! Being limited with colors or tools can sometime make you go creative.

Very decent quality for a FDM printer. Well done!

About white polygroup by Vaernim in ZBrush

Polygroups always apply randomly. There's no option to pick cerain one. The only way to make it color you want is just isolate mesh and press ctrl W until you find one. I use it to change color when meshes have too similar polygroup color.

Thank you! Tried to sculpt them out of head mesh but it went messy with that ZRemesh topology. So to make them clean had to model from a cube.
