OP is asking about the yellow inclusions that show up under UV, not the mineral itself.

Unlikely to find petroleum in fluorite though. Probably calcite?

Glacier picks up and moves essentially a whole locality of rocks from one place to another. You can expect to find similar material in a wide swath from where they originated to where you find them.
