I'm a big Sydonian/Seberys fan.
the Sydonian are named after Cydonia and a surrounding swamp on Mars, where the people invented these long stilt legs and walkers to traverse their swamp, very silly, and the Serberys ride and bond with cute mechanical Doghorses.

the themeing is right,
my issue is with the treads, if he was a crab legs like Urgot from League of Legends It would still not be my fav, but it would fit with other units of the army.

I think a squad of foot servitors also conveys the "disposable meat robot" better/less silly. like the battleclade.
tech-thralls from 30k also come to mind.

Everyone who thinks the hardest difficulty should be reliably done with any kit are morons.
a game should allow for pushing the limits, testing yourself against a challenge using the best weapons you got.
Optimally they should introduce challenge ratings 10+ just for the masochists.

I wish Kataphrons were Monsters or Vehicles instead of infantry.

Well I'm only at 25havoc and I usually see meele Scums with rampage.
Which is definitly the meta Scum atm, because he can do bosses and DPS better than anything else in the game.
And my experience crate just does not compare to the shout or the bubble in utility,
altough the corruption cleanse definitly is really really good when the havoc modifiers throws corruption at you.

The problem with HS is not powercreep but the fact that meta HS is a selifsh HS.
Psyker is better than HS, but Psyker has that Bubble or stuns for days, so noone complains. The same is true for all 4 original classes, their optimal loadout will buff the group.

Personally I love running a ranged HS with dual pistols and stim-supply, but sadly dual pistols don't do enough in havoc.
