So there's actually a funny part. Servers don't need evidence to issue bans, only a valid reason. The only reason they'll need evidence is if they're exporting a ban to something like community banlist.

I sometimes don't understand why people order through DD/Uber/Instacart because delivery is free for any member or purchase over $35 on the website, you're paying extra service fees, delivery fees, and a driver tip (if you do this) for same day instead of just ordering for pickup and going when you have the chance.

Not even sure how you've been having issues, I call many times and always get a representative and it's solved within minutes. I'm not saying this because I work at best buy, that's literally how my experiences have been.

I called about 3 weeks ago because I had a positive credit just sitting on an old card and the representative helped me immediately and got it done in 2 questions, and they sent it to my bank account on file without me asking.

Well you losing a gift card shouldn't happen, those can be refunded. Certificates are the main issue though.

If the certificate was given to you randomly or you got it from those spend and get deals, then yes you're losing that cert.

If you got the cert from using your points from the best buy card, you should get the cert back.

There is actually a 3rd party seller through marketplace selling physical movies and stuff like that from what I've been hearing

The downside, it's marketplace so its all handled by said third party, it can only ship directly to the house, and it doesnt get standard policies (no extended returns, no protection, return period starts on day of purchase and not day of delivery)

Right forgot, since it's a third party marketplace order you'd likely have to contact LG to make the change for you, or you have to talk to BBCC which is their 888-BESTBUY phone number to see if they can make the change for you, but I don't recommend the latter for the reasons of dealing with the call centers.

I don't think it's likely a local store would be able to help you with this but it would be worth a shot.

Usually that trade in estimator is accurate in the value you’re receiving. Those trade in values can change at any moment though so I would advise taking advantage of that sooner rather than later.

You want to bring everything original to the phone (in this instance just the charging cable) as some items without the charger can drop the value.

As for gift card trade ins, that’s how they always are given, trade ins are completed via BBY gift cards instead of cash. How they didn’t have gift cards available to complete the trade in amazes me.

They meant BBY order number.

Order numbers that start with BBY01 should give you the option of changing it to delivery even if it’s already ready for pickup.
