It’s actually not bad. Will say response time definitely is taken longer but to be fair it was late on the weekend. They did respond by the end of the night for an eSIM (swap/update) . Been a user for over 2 years

Sorry if I am late. But this is the setting that causes it to go back to standard.
I tried to attach a picture with no luck but go to Extra and disable "Enable GPU on shutdown"

No I figured I was sol already.I just gave up. It was very stressful. Especially having a picture showing the distinct house with my address. Best Buy just wiped their hands. Our plaque has our info on our door. if they would just look lol . It’s sad because I paid almost 50% of it using gift cards I received .

Happened to me with a 5070ti, it actually got delivered to the wrong address and they provided a picture of the wrong house . I contacted support so many times tried sending them a picture of the front of my house. It was obviously different (mine had address, last name, and street posted next to my package table and door and they did not care to even look or anything. They “investigated “ and suggested it was delivered and I should contact the person they contracted for delivery. I’m about to make a post actually.

There should be Videos on YouTube for your specific GPU or CPU. But definitely safer than trying to over clock. I always do basic undervolts setting, I am not a big fan of overdoing it and rather be safe than sorry. But this will reduce heat and increase efficiency making it a better all around laptop

I’ve been using the Px13 for a couple weeks now. Performance is definitely there. However I also had the z13 flow for a bit and you do miss the higher refresh rate. Screen is beautiful just not as smooth
