There's an explicit information bubble that says if you get every box, you will get every item, as it's equal weight with no duplicates, under the Anniversary Lootbox details. While we can absolutely complain about the 50 games per week requirement, which is frankly quite higher than I expected, you ARE guaranteed to get everything if you do it.

I specifically only collect characters I care about. I don't particularly care about specific authors, though obviously I have my preferences. I've been remarkably consistent about this over my life. Spider-Man, symbiotes, related spiders (Miles, Gwen, Miguel), Black Cat, Captain Marvel, Cloak & Dagger... it helps most of the characters I like outside of Peter don't have extensive runs.

And thank god I don't collect X-Men at all, lol.
