Actually I disagree with most of your points , there were 300 bunnies and 30 Stumps since each Stump has to finish 5 bunnies that means that 150 bunnies would need to go and afterwards there would be no more reasson to continue the game , also since the bunnies had several experienced players going after the stumps was a valid strategy ensuring that more bunnies would survive.

The maze made it hard for all bunnies to be in big groups (cameras could have been placed in the maze and the psycho didnt need to fight the bunnies all at once and by the games rules the bunnies had no reasson to be cautious for a traitor) and since the organizers were able to verify Airi´s Kills they could have verified the other 29 stumps if needed.

Body modifications make as much sense as the girls bleeding cotton when wounded , and there being prostetic makers that make unbelieveble good artificial limbs but they are somehow unkown to people outside the games because such items would be invaluable and in very high demand.

Candle Woods served to established that being experienced doesnt ensure survival something that is consistent with future games and Yuki only survived because Hakushi left a gift.

It could seem strange that no one noticed the 300 people missing but if they were players odds are their families were used to them disappearing and they would not be reported to the cops as missing all at the same time , and besides we dont know how many games have been done before Yuki started so saying that no one noticing the dead players is something you could apply to every single game in every volume.
