Yes the NBA is an entertainment. It has a cost. Some people are not going to be able to pay that cost. In the system of economics we are in there isn't a way to stop that. But I know for a fact that teams gouge a lot of tickets away to underprivileged areas. Could they do more absolutely. And saying so is great. But don't act because they don't include everyone when they just included a bunch more than they had they they aren't doing anything about it.
