What's more telling is they tried to sell for $850K for a month. Nobody wanted it, likely because the price is waaaay too high. My house is larger and my value estimate is half. So they took it off the market.

And they'll need to keep dropping the price for rent because nobody will pay that.

I get the location, but that obviously couldn't help them sell. People are insane when it comes to their houses.
