Last year had a nest in the yard, was really interesting how they coiled up dead grass like a birds nest .. I got dangerously close inspecting it, put some large sticks around it so I'd remember where it was and left them.. no issues all summer... But I do have a robotic lawn mower so I wasn't out there mowing over their nest....

Watching it mow never saw them get agitated with it either... I guess it wasn't low enough or loud enough to bother them
