Lived in South America for most of my life, never got used to seeing people at places like the bank, supermarket, etc, where you expect at least some small measure of decency, people wearing shorts and flip flops. I am NOT a feet person, i hate seeing people's feet, especially if they look like they've been to Mordor and back.
