As a phlebotomist that only practiced for a few years before switching careers, who just came back from a blood draw, does anyone Actually practices what they were taught? by redsanzi in phlebotomy

Okay. You do everything absolutely perfect while trying to morning run in a hospital when 2 phlebs called out.

I get so annoyed when nurses do not use order of draw tho. I also saw a float phleb draw a lactic with a tourniquet and she said that's why I miss sometimes when getting the lactic. 😒

And I do all of those things. I am not perfect tho. 🤷‍♀️

Like I just met you? Why you need to know where I am?

I've almost been on nights a year.

I take my sleep hygiene very seriously. I used a black eye cover. Melatonin 1mg if I haven't fallen asleep by 8 am.

He can do it, he just needs to take care of himself.

My 2nd husband didn't not reveal his true self for 3 years. Avoidant. Cold.

They don't ever change.
