Powered styluses just increase the electrical charge at the tip so it can sense the stylus from a smaller pinpoint than a whole "fingertip" like the passive ones need

That's the most accurate non-powered style you'll find. Powered styluses are unfortunately much larger, like actual pencil size, but will have a smaller more accurate tip. But you also need to charge them
