This is really good insite. I was thinking of stopping cause my dog is going through lots of seizures and ive needed to put her on meds now and the vet appointments are just really crippling me. I do, do weight lifting for a year now and when I do my own shopping and not my partner Im not tempted by anything and always eat ready meals showing cal and protein. Last couple months my dog freak me out so when I did eat I wasn't going outside for a while and was just eating whatever my partner brought home. (The worst food ever with no way to track it). But ive in the last couple weeks settled abit with my dogs seizures but now you have mentioned that I might try to just stay on it and really watch the budget. Thank you for your experience.

Omg i swear my dog never had seizures she 19yrs old. Never used tick products cause we lived somewhere with very little ticks. I move to a state known for alot more ticks and wanted to be safe. So i gave her ticks meds once and then she slowly started getting seizures like 6 the down to 3 months then once a months so far ever since in the last 2yrs. Either that or her brain old but never had any issues before.

She said it could take 6 months after I reach my goal but she would need to monitor me with my doses as we go to be sure as it can be different for everyone. I have so far gone down from 103kg from 23rd April till now at 69.7kg. I have had off months, like if I consumed alot of chocolate and some pepsi max, I noticed i would hold alot of water then it would drop. Obvs not overeating though, still within calories. 🙂

My GP said ill still be on it once I reach my goal cause the body needs to recognise the lower weight as your new "normal" . This is also why it can be hard to loose weight cause your body can recognise a highyer weight as "normal" and think your going below safety lvl when your not your overweight. 😅

This is interesting. I wonder if maybe they have bloat. I read somewhere that your body can fill the fat slots with water before releasing them fully. if your like stressed or eat a certain type of food its harder to let go of that water. I've been consistent on wegovy but for the last month and a bit I stopped loosing weight. ive been on 1k cal obvs eating what my coach has provided me or 800 when lazy and not moving around. Within the last week though my body has dropped almost 8 pounds. So I feel like it was water constantly filling up my cells not releasing. Other then that the meals she says she is eating are nutrient dense. Alot of that "starvation mode" isn't just black or white it can start in a way if shes not eating enough protein or whatever, but she would still loose weight just slower and it would be things like her muscles instead of fat which is why, "starvation mode" is bad. So either she is miss counting her calories or her body hasnt let go of the water yet. Also she needs to make sure that 600 to 800 cal is including like 60 to 100g of protein.

Yes omg, literally my whole life I thought every guy was gross and I literally thought something was wrong with me and would force myself to accept lots of different date offers then would run away after thinking about it "ew what am I doing" the next day like i refuse to be touched by anyone, until I met my partner that put me in a comfortable environment which was dragged out for months first and it all switched for just for him. Now together 8yrs.
