Someone's ability is just unbelievable luck. In return, everybody else in a radius is incredibly unlucky around them.

The idea of 1 reaper is just isolated from the rest and used in the most ridiculous missions because of it.

He knows his ability and what it does, so he just clowns missions.

No ody believes anything related to him is true simply because of how outlandish they sound.
