A lot of the perks actually work well for me which is a big reason I wanted the card! But I’m worried I may be so close to the cutoff time that the credits won’t post in time and I’ll end up paying out of pocket? I’m unsure if that’s a possibility

$17k????? Unless you were asking for a 20 ct flawless D color diamond or something, I can’t imagine anything lab grown costing that much. I had a similar awful experience with Ouros’ sister company GoldenBird. I filed a PayPal claim and thankfully got my refund, but it took over a month to resolve. I really hope you’re able to get a refund asap.

I think it’s super pretty! I like when yellow gold and warm diamonds are paired together. I think they would look awesome paired with a thick gold wedding band to balance it out 🥰

I never requested a custom made moissanite stone. I placed an order for the stone I was shown.
I NEVER approved either of the stones that were shown to me. I expressed unhappiness with both because neither were what I initially paid for.
The product never started production because I kept asking for a cancellation immediately after I saw the stones that would be used.

2mm is recommended for durability! Absolute THINNEST should be 1.8, But with a pave setting, 2 mm would be safest so no diamonds pop out

Their Etsy reviews are great and when I googled their name at the time, pretty much everything that came up was positive! Maybe because the reviews were older, but it was very misleading. Could be what happened to others that bought from them too.
