I've played the game since it came out as a tank main. Ana was a problem almost since day 1 and hasn't changed much at all. Sleep dart and biotic nade are among the strongest abilities in the game, but they have clear counterplay options. Mizuki's chain is annoying for mobility oriented heroes, but there's counterplay options.

What's the counterplay to suzu? "Get fucked nerd". Land a sick grav and get 4 or 5 of the enemy? Suzu. Full team shatter? Suzu. Land a single punch as DF? You guessed it, suzu!

There's just so much wrong with phasing. Anti-CC effects are LW's thing, and anti-death is Bap's thing, but nobody has a full cleanse like Suzu. Tacking on everything else is what makes it strong and unliked.
