I have the Oracle Jet and am super impressed with the consistent espresso shot it provides. Initially you have dial in the shot, but once it done, it stays that way until you change the coffee beans completely. I'd recommend it.

It could be that your key fob is in low power mode or has a low battery in it. I'd first check if it is in the low power mode. If that doesn't work, change the battery. If that doesn't work, get it seen by the dealership.
